Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Furzela! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive them.

Shipping times

We ship from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Australia: 7–14 business days

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping costs

We're happy to offer free shipping on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@furzela.com.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping fee. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@furzela.com and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost, stuck, or delayed packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, or if it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out to support@furzela.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Customs and import duties

For most orders, no additional duties apply. In the rare case that customs fees are charged on international deliveries, these are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.
